At age 45 for the first time in my life I had energy, no pain and actually have “a brain” that I can rely on and not be in survival mode. As I became awake and started to feel better I had a tremendous mission to understand what happened to my life and my body. With research I was able to piece together my life with the science of Psychoneuroimmunology. This science deals with the nervous system and external/internal stress events that causes immune problems and can activate genetics. What I know today is certain traumatic events both emotional and physical compromised my immune system at a very young age of 6 years old. These events set me up for a life time of vulnerability to illness. My system became an abnormal cycle of uncontrolled chemical imbalances (cortisol & adrenaline overreaction) and mis-fires to stress. Until my body was balanced and stabilized I could not find peace with mind, body and spirit. I learned to claim my life & health again by creating vision, passion & purpose and listening to my body. Only then did it re-energize and strengthen my spirit, I watched my symptoms melt away and my life energy get restored. I found a new momentum & vigor which literally transformed my life before my eyes. I built the program NeuroBalance Coaching to share the freedom and peace that I gained from this process. My hope is that with my experience I can prevent needless suffering and life long illness. I am a strong medical advocate and work with the medical practioners to train and offer this program to their patients.

I am a very creative spirit and love to paint, write, sketch, decorate, re-finish furniture and find treasures at flea markets or garage sales and make them beautiful.
